Tomka is a boy who likes playing football with his friends. When the German army captures his town, the German soldiers establish their camp in the town stadium. Tomka with help from his friends and their parents organizes sabotage actions against the soldiers.

Adapted from Henry De Vere Stacpoole's novel The Blue Lagoon, via the film of the same name, Pengantin Pantai Biru introduces several differences to the story.
During a storm, the young man Andri (Sandro Tobing) is separated from his grandfather, Prof. Hasnan Rasyid (Abdi Wiyono), and ultimately drifts onto a deserted beach. After wandering he meets Emi (Meriam Bellina) and her father Bram (Darussalam), who take him in.
Years later, when Andri and Emi have grown up, they are captured by a group of islanders, who assume they are gods. The two tease the islanders, whom they find filthy and smelly, but soon learn that they are to provide god-children for the villagers. They try and escape but are followed, ultimately being rescued by Bram – who dies in the attempt.
On their own and hiding from the restless natives, the two begin to fall in love and eventually have a son, whom they name Ami. They are eventually found by the natives, who chase them. When it seems all hope is lost, Andri's grandfather arrives and rescues them.

 DE. Pianke ist ein Spielfilm der DEFA im Auftrag des Fernsehens der DDR von Gunter Friedrich aus dem Jahr 1983 nach dem Roman Pianke von Peter Abraham aus dem Jahr 1981.
Zum Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs bewegt sich auf einem Fluss ein Segelboot zwischen den kämpfenden Truppen der deutschen Wehrmacht und der sowjetischen Roten Armee. Als die deutschen Geschütze das Boot ins Visier nehmen, beginnen die Insassen das Volkslied Der Mai ist gekommen zu singen, worauf der Beschuss eingestellt wird. Nun wird die Geschichte erzählt, wie es zu dieser Situation kam, die etwa zwei Jahre vorher begann.
Herr Groß sitzt mit seinem Sohn Andreas im Luftschutzkeller seines Hauses. Nach der Entwarnung bekommt er von einem Luftschutzhelfer den Hinweis, dass vor seiner Wohnung zwei Polizisten in Zivil warten. Deshalb gehen die beiden nicht nach oben, sondern in eine Gartenlaube, die Andreas Vater bereits besorgt hatte. Auf dem Weg dorthin erklärt der Vater die Gründe des Ortswechsels, die politischer Natur sind und dass Andreas ab sofort Diethelm Krüger heißt. In der Kleingartenkolonie werden sie von dem neugierigen Blockwart Herms ausgehorcht, dem sich der Vater als Mitarbeiter Heinrich Hoffmanns, des Hausfotografen Adolf Hitlers ausgibt. Die Hoffnung des Jungen, ab nun nicht mehr zur Schule gehen zu müssen, erfüllt sich leider nicht. Der Lehrer verpasst ihm auch gleich einen neuen Spitznamen. Da er nicht sehr kräftig gebaut ist, nennt er ihn Pianke, was in der Mark der Ausdruck für Schwindelweizen ist...

Dětský film o snech a touhách těch nejmenších, který je přímým pokračováním snímku Nefňukej, Veverko! Zatímco v prvním filmu se Kačenka musela vyrovnat s narozením dvou bratříčků, tentokrát ji čeká zkušenost mnohem smutnější. Její milovaný děda, který měl ze všech dospělých nejvíce pochopení pro její snění a hry, umřel. Pomáhají jí v tom nejen vzpomínky na dědu a hry, které spolu hráli na potoce, jak běhali po louce a zdravili jaro nebo hráli Člověče nezlob se, ale také sny o tom, že žije na břehu moře a má kouzelnou mušli, která jí splní všechna přání, ale nesmí být sobecká, marnivá a zlá, jinak přijde o svou krásu. A tak se Kačenka střídavě ocitá u moře, kde jí kouzelné mušle přičaruje nejen dlouhé vlasy a kamarády, s nimiž si může u moře hrát, ale také oživí v písku nakreslená zvířata, od moře se vrací ke vzpomínkám na chvíle, kdy k nim děda přijel naposledy. Jak šli tenkrát k vodopádům chytat pstruhy, jak našli mládě puštíka, které vypadlo z hnízda a vzali ho domů s tím, že ho vychovají v kleci na půdě. Do těchto radostných okamžiků se sice na krátko, přesto však stále neodbytněji vkrádá smutná skutečnost.

The Lover (French: L'Amant) is a 1992 drama film produced by Claude Berri and directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud. Based on the semi-autobiographical 1984 novel by Marguerite Duras, the film details the illicit affair between a teenage French girl and a wealthy Chinese man in 1929 French Indochina. In the screenplay written by Annaud and Gérard Brach, the 15 1/2-year-old protagonist is portrayed by actress Jane March, who turned eighteen shortly after filming began. Her lover is portrayed by actor Tony Leung Ka-fai. The film features full-frontal male and female nudity.
Production began in 1989, with filming commencing in 1991. The film made its theatrical debut on 22 January 1992, with an English release in the United Kingdom in June and in the United States in October of the same year. The film won the Motion Picture Sound Editors's 1993 Golden Reel award for "Best Sound Editing — Foreign Feature" and the 1993 César Award for Best Music Written for a Film. The film was a box office success, and received fairly positive reviews from the general audience along with mostly negative reviews from American critics. Overall, the film's performances and cinematography were generally praised.

Está basada en Carmilla, novela corta de 1872 escrita por Sheridan Le Fanu. Narra la historia de dos huérfanas que viven en un convento católico y se ven enfrentadas a una posesión diabólica. A pesar de ser una película mexicana, fue originalmente filmada en inglés, como se puede evidenciar en los diálogos de los actores. Fue lanzada en cines en México el 26 de enero de 1978.
Los sucesos tienen lugar en un convento católico en México que sirve a la vez como orfanato. Alucarda, una huérfana de quince años, ha vivido en el convento toda su vida. Justine, otra huérfana de edad similar, llega al convento. Ella y Alucarda estrechan una fuerte amistad, hasta el extremo de casi desearse sexualmente.
Mientras juegan en un bosque cercano al convento, las niñas se topan con unos extraños gitanos, los cuales atraen una presencia diabólica al abrir un ataúd. A partir de allí, una serie de eventos extraños empiezan a azotar al convento.

Tomek jako Tosia trafia do ciotki na wieś, podczas gdy Tosia jako Tomek udaje się do leśniczówki będącej we władaniu ich krewnego. Damsko-męskie qui pro quo prowadzi do rozlicznych, często komicznych, epizodów.

 IT. Della serie "Africa Addio", questa volta però dedicato allo schiavismo negli Stati Uniti. Un pseudo-documentario realizzato da due autori da tempo dediti al genere, dotati di mezzi e di indubbie capacità tecniche, decisamente spese male. Jacopetti e Prosperi hanno uno sguardo morboso, e la loro produzione paga pegno ad un razzismo latente (il titolo non aiuta, con il rimando allo stereotipo dello zio Tom) e allarmante. "Addio Zio Tom" (poi rieditato senza più l'addio) è stato realizzato ad Haiti. Lo stesso dittatore Papa Doc avrebbe favorito la non facile lavorazione tra le centinaia di comparse autoctone.

The film is based on true events in which the filmmakers explore antebellum America, using period documents to examine in graphic detail the racist ideology and degrading conditions faced by Africans under slavery. Because of the use of published documents and materials from the public record, the film labels itself a documentary, though all footage is re-staged using actors. Though the film is presented as a documentary, it is more of a historical drama or docudrama because of its fantasy framing device of the directors travelling back in time combined with the re-staging of historical events.
The film has frequently been criticized as racist, despite directors Jacopetti and Prosperi's claims to the contrary. In Roger Ebert's 1972 review of the shorter American version, he asserts that the directors have "Made the most disgusting, contemptuous insult to decency ever to masquerade as a documentary." He goes on to call the film "Cruel exploitation", suggesting that the directors degraded the black actors playing slaves by having them enact the extremely dehumanizing situations the film depicts. Critic Pauline Kael called the film "the most specific and rabid incitement to race war", a view shared by white nationalist and former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke, who claimed the film was a Jewish conspiracy to incite blacks to violence against whites.
The directors denied charges of racism; in the 2003 documentary Godfathers of Mondo they specifically note that one of their intentions in making Addio Zio Tom was to "make a new film that would be clearly anti-racist" in response to criticism by Ebert and others over perceived racism in their previous film Africa Addio.
The film was considered to have been a critical and commercial failure.
The film was shot primarily in Haiti, where directors Jacopetti and Prosperi were treated as guests of Haitian dictator Papa Doc Duvalier. Duvalier supported the filmmakers by giving them diplomatic cars, clearance to film anywhere on the island, as many extras as they required, and even a nightly dinner with Duvalier himself. Hundreds of Haitian extras participated in the film's various depictions of the cruel treatment of slaves, as well as white actors portraying historical characters (including Harriet Beecher Stowe).
The directors' cut of Addio Zio Tom draws parallels between the horrors of slavery and the rise of the Black Power Movement, represented by Eldridge Cleaver, LeRoi Jones, Stokely Carmichael, and a few others. The film ends with an unidentified man's fantasy re-enactment of William Styron's The Confessions of Nat Turner. This man imagines Nat Turner's revolt in the present, including the brutal murder of the whites around him, who replace the figures Turner talks about in Styron's novel as the unidentified reader speculates about Turner's motivations and ultimate efficacy in changing the conditions he rebelled against.

 SL. Ko zorijo jagode je slovenski mladinski film iz leta 1978. Film je režiral Rajko Ranfl po istoimenskem romanu Branke Jurca, glasbo je napisal Jože Privšek.
Glavna junakinja knjige je Jagoda Kopriva, ki živi v Ljubljani z mamo, očetom in sestro Marinko. Obiskuje osmi razred osnovne šole in ima najboljšo prijateljico Ireno, kateri zaupa vse svoje skrivnosti. Ena takih skrivnosti je njena velika ljubezen, fant Dragi. Življenje se ji takrat, ko spozna Dragija, polepša. Jagoda spoznava, da je tudi Dragi zaljubljen vanjo.
Jagoda ima tudi prijatelja Nejca, ki pa čuti do nje več kot prijateljstvo. Nejc ne pozna svojega očeta, živi sam z materjo. Jagoda mu pomaga poiskati očeta, vendar ima ta že svojo družino. Nejc je zaradi očetovega zavračanja in zaljubljenosti v Jagodo čedalje bolj nesrečen. Poskuša celo narediti samomor.
Dragi je nekoliko starejši od Jagode in izkaže se, da želi več kot le lahkotno najstniško ljubezen. Jagoda spozna Dragijeve namere in njuna ljubezen se konča.

 Savana violenta (1976) (English: Violent Savanna), also known as This Violent World and Mondo Violence, is a Mondo film directed by Antonio Climati and Mario Morra. The film documents various scenes of graphic behavior in an attempted exposé of worldly violence. It is narrated by Giuseppe Rinaldi.
The film is the second collaborative feature between Antonio Climati and Mario Morra in their series of Mondo films called the Savage Trilogy, following Ultime grida dalla savana.
Antonio Climati and Mario Morra followed up their Ultima Grida dalla Savana with this somewhat less disturbing mondo shockumentary. There are singing penguins, a Sri Lankan man who buries his head in the sand like an ostrich, porn actors struggling with erectile dysfunction, and a 131-year-old mystic. On the more alarming side are fakirs cutting off their own tongues and animals killing their prey. It should be noted that one American print of this film, titled Mondo Violence, is assembled in a different order from the original, providing even more jarring juxtapositions of imagery.

 Az ötéves Öcsi Évikétől tudja meg, hogy kistestvére lesz. Évikével mindent meg lehet beszélni, mert ő az egyetlen, aki szintén látja Öcsi mesés fehér lovát. A féltékenyen duzzogó kisfiút csak az vigasztalhatja, ha álmában látja a tengert. Apuval együtt Fantasztikus Építményt gyártanak. Amikor a babára várnak és átrendezik a lakást, a szerkezet a főhelyre kerül. Öcsi munka közben belátja, hogy a kistestvér fontos, mert ő lesz a barkácsoló nagyok kisinasa.

 Nenáročný film pro děti dokazuje, jak se mánie kolem mimozemšťanů přelila i do nejranějšího věku. Malý chlapec se totiž domnívá, že objevil stopy "ufonů" (jak dvojsmyslně naznačuje název), ale ve skutečnosti narazil jen na činnost malých zlodějíčků. Režisér Ota Koval vytvořil nepříliš zábavnou, ba nedbale domýšlenou podívanou dávno zanesenou prachem zapomnění.

 CZ. Hudební anekdota o tom, jak vyměnit bratříčka za kocoura. Honzík vymění svého čtyřletého bratříčka Míšu za kocoura Kajetána. Kocour je ale kradený. Děvčátko, které kocoura vymění, se jmenuje Dominika a má ke všemu svátek. Protože rodiče Honzíka a Míši pochopitelně chtějí svého malého synka zpátky a protože Honzík vůbec netuší, kde Dominika bydlí, vydají se ji hledat. Když se jim to nedaří, požádají o pomoc policii. Po Dominice a Míšovi začne pátrat dvanáct legračních detektivů v nejrůznějších převlecích. Hledají po ulicích, na výstavě exotického ptactva, dokonce i na pouti, kde si zatím zmizelé děti báječně užívají...

Pětka s hvězdičkou / The Inseparable Five. 1985.

 Veselý dětský film o pětici sedmáků, kteří prožívají velké i malé příhody a dobrodružství v jihomoravské obci Čejkovice. Staňo Matička, Rosťa, Edison, Fera Ondráček a cikán Štefan Daniel zvaný Daňo jsou nerozlučnou pětkou kamarádů. Díky dalekohledu jednoho z nich jsou první kdo vidí příjezd nového mladého učitele Petra Mikeše. Pomohou mu se zavazadly a dokonce mu zařídí byt tak, aby byl obyvatelný, mimo jiné palmou, která v sále kulturního domu cudně zakrývá nahotu sochy Thálie. To je jen první z "průšvihů", které učitel s pěticí kamarádů během školního roku prožije. Když se za ním nakonec přistěhuje jeho dívka Petra a její uvítání se klukům zvrtne do další katastrofy, nemůže už zkušeného učitele nic rozházet. Dobře ví, že s klukovkou pětkou si ještě užije.
